Adults

We want to help you grow in faith no matter where you are on the journey of life. We offer many different ways for adults to take their next step in faith.

Midweek Video Content

Each week Pastor Brian shares video reflections to help us dig deeper into our faith. This includes a weekly “Tuesday Thoughts” (a video focused on a topic of faith/life/current events/etc.) and a weekly Thursday Bible Study (a video that focuses on a passage/section of the Bible and equips you to read it/apply it/understand it).

Special Studies

During the year we occasionally host special, short-term studies to help us grow in faith.  These events are sometimes organized around topics – family, finances, marriage, etc. – and are sometimes organized around a biblical book or season of the year (a special study before Christmas, for example).  These are great ways to grow in faith and connect with other people over a short period, without making a long-term commitment.

Currently we are reading John The Gospel of Light and Life by Adam Hamilton as a church. Learn more on our Lent Page.

Pub Theology

In non-pandemic times, we try to host monthly gatherings at a local restaurant – an opportunity to get together, share life, and talk about an important topic of faith/life. We call these gatherings “Pub Theology.” Pub Theology is a chance to gather together, share good food and drink, and have important conversations about faith and life.  All perspectives are welcome at these events – the point is to ask and wrestles with important questions, not just repeat pre-determined answers.  For more about what Pub Theology events are coming next, visit our What’s Happening page.

Service

We believe all Christians are called to serve God by serving our neighbors.  Service is one of the most important ways that we grow in faith – sometimes we learn the most about God’s love by putting it into action. And we often build the most significant connections with others by serving alongside them.
