Reflection: Gratitude cultivates joy. The healed leper who returns shows that joy grows when we recognize grace.

Journal Prompt: When was the last time you said thank you to someone who impacted your life greatly? Write a letter to this person and think about sending it. If you can’t, spend time in prayer giving thanks for this person’s impact on your life.

Spiritual Practice: Prayer of Thanksgiving. Spend 5 minutes of prayer time simply saying thank you to God for all the blessings in your life. Write down how long it took you to go through all your gratitudes. Nothing is too granular!
