One of the most joyous aspects of Christmas made itself known to us early in our 20 (almost!) years of marriage.  The annual Christmas Eve church service instantly became a tradition for us, and it remains the portion of Christmas celebrations that we look forward to the most.  There is no BIGGER gift than God’s gift to the entire world…the earthly birth of his son, Jesus Christ, sent here to SAVE us.

As a military family, we’ve been blessed to attend Christmas Eve services in other countries and numerous states, to include many unique services in base chapels, the historic St Mary’s Church in Newport, Rhode Island (where JFK and Jackie Kennedy were married), and the heart-felt Christmas Eve services at Haymarket Church, now (and finally) our church home.  Celebrating the birth of Christ and appreciating God’s BIGGEST gift is truly a universal tradition, and one that has touched our hearts wherever we have lived.

The birth of Christ presents God in the flesh – HE is REAL!

Merry Christmas and we hope to celebrate the BIGGEST gift with you on Christmas Eve!
