Charge Conference

Charge Conference is a business meeting for Haymarket Church. Each year, we hold an annual “Charge Conference” in the fall to celebrate the ministry of the church over the last year and approve new leadership team members. However, due to the pastoral transition, there will be an additional “special” Charge Conference will be held Wednesday, July 30 at 7 PM to approve Pastor Chelsea’s incoming salary rate for the new appointment year (which runs from July 1-June 30th). The salary amount has been advised and recommended by conference leadership and your local leadership team. This special conference is an opportunity to ask questions and gain clarification. Members of the church are encouraged to attend, however it is open to all. You may attend in-person or via Zoom.
