Charge Conference

Charge Conference is an annual business meeting for Haymarket Church.  This year’s Charge Conference will be held Thursday, October 26, at 7 PM.  You may attend in-person or via Zoom. The meeting will begin with electing the Haymarket Church Leadership Team for the upcoming year. It will also include an overview of the church budget, approving the Pastor’s compensation for 2023, and the submission of an annual financial audit and various reports. This 20-30 minute meeting is open to the whole church.
