Little Ones Belong: An Inclusive 4-Week Fall Program

Little Ones Belong is a welcoming, nature-inspired, play-based program where young children have the freedom to move, explore, create, and participate in the ways that work best for them.

  • Plenty of Room to Move, Explore & Be Yourself

All Little Ones Are Welcome!

  • Wiggly? Wonderful!
  • Not ready to sit for circle time? That’s okay.
  • Trouble separating from parents? No problem—participate together.
  • Need a little extra time to warm up? Take it.
  • Want to watch instead of participate? That’s okay, too.

There is no “right” way to participate.

We provide the invitations, and children choose how they engage.

When: Oct 7, 14, 21 & 28

Two Time Options: Wednesdays, 10–11 AM and 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM

Who: Children ages 1–5 with a parent or caregiver (younger siblings are welcome)

Where: Haymarket Church’s Ministry Center above Town Hall (15000 Washington St, Ste 206, Haymarket, VA 20169)

Cost: $35 for 4-week session (to help cover supplies)

Meet our teacher

Mrs. Michelle Kappert

Mrs. Kappert has taught both kindergarten and preschool and is a mom of three children, ages 6, 9, and 12. She is passionate about meeting children where they are and creating fun, engaging learning experiences that build confidence, encourage curiosity, and help children develop a love of learning from an early age.

Credentials & Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology
  • Masters of Science in Elementary Education
