Rev. Chelsea Morse, M.Div.

Rev. Chelsea Morse is a pastor, spiritual caregiver, and passionate advocate for ALL of God’s people. She is a church leader who focuses on the work of spiritual care and healing from a Wesleyan perspective that offers grace-centered discipleship.

Favorite Food: Haribo Gold Bears (candy counts as a food group, right?)
Hobbies: Music (playing piano and singing), crochet, photography, casual hiking and running, and singing karaoke with friends.
First job you ever had: Lifeguard/swim teacher at the YMCA

Pam MacKay
Administrative Assistant

Pam enjoys helping keep the records organized for Haymarket Church and loves that this effort is very much appreciated by the leaders and people of the church.
Favorite Food: enchiladas and beer at Hector’s followed by some delicious flan.
Hobbies: DDPYoga, gardening and, of course, anything crafty that exists.
First Job: at 18 started working for a Medical Practice as a filing clerk, then moved on to Front Desk, Insurance Billing Clerk, Insurance Billing Manager, and finally Billing Director (8 years). Worked there for 21 years, then retired when TJ was born.
Karen Thom
Kids Ministry Director

When asked what her favorite part of the job is, Karen answered: “The kids! How could I say anything else? They are all so much fun.”
Favorite Food: Smoothies
Hobbies: Watching HGTV shows with her daughter and dreaming of all the things they would do with more time or energy.
First job: Doing layout and whatever else they needed for a hospitality magazine.
“I’m excited to be the Youth Director at Haymarket Church. God is doing great things in the youth.”
Favorite Food: I love sushi and eat it as often as I can. Aside from sushi, I’m a huge foodie and love to try all types of foods.
Hobbies: I enjoy cooking, movies, and playing with my cat David.
Travis Angerman
Worship Leader

I’m the worship leader here at Haymarket, so I help lead the congregation and band in worship every Sunday (and the occasional special service). I also really love when I’m able to participate in the community outreach and service, like when we package meals for Rise Against Hunger. I’m not always able to join in since I’m split between multiple cities, but it’s a huge joy for me when I can.
Favorite thing about Haymarket Church: how involved in the community Haymarket Church is; since my week is split between multiple cities, I don’t get to be a part of as much as I’d like to be, but I love seeing how much is done in the community.
Favorite Food: absolutely sushi. I love a lot of foods, but if it were possible to just live off of sushi and soy sauce, I would be a very happy man.
Hobbies: I love reading, playing board games, playing video games, and of course, playing music.
First job: other than being a musician, working for a landscape management company.
