New to Haymarket Church?
Church still looks different than it once did, but
the work we do and our mission remains the same.
The church exists for moments like this. In order to guard health for all people, we have adjusted our schedule of in-person gatherings (more than once!). We have begun returning to in-person gatherings, and are taking careful steps towards more opportunities to get together in-person. Through it all, church has still been happening – we are still God’s people, putting God’s love into action, sharing that love with the world. The promise that God is with us and the persistence of God’s call to share good news and serve the world remain steadfast, no matter the distance. The methods of our life together continue to change, but God’s mission – our mission – remains unchanged. We will worship God, care for each other, make disciples of Jesus, and love our neighbors as ourselves. Everything we do continues to rest on that foundation.
Haymarket Church has continued to be church together throughout this pandemic and in the midst of social distancing. We continue to be part of this church as we begin to find ways to gather together again – and as we work, through it all, to keep the vulnerable among us (especially our children) safe. We invite you to be part of what God is doing among us. We will get through this together, even when we can’t be together in-person!
Find a Home at Haymarket Church
We believe that God’s love is so good that it has to be shared. We are passionate about inviting new people to discover God’s love and experience the growth in faith and new life that we are discovering together. Therefore, we are always excited to welcome new people to take the journey of faith with us.
You are invited to join in this journey, and you are always welcome here!
Due to the weather forecast for overnight and in the morning we are cancelling the In-Person Playground Worship on August 1st at Haymarket Elementary School. We are disappointed to not be in-person, but we hope that you can worship online at 10...

At Haymarket Church we believe in the power of prayer. We’d love to pray for you.
How can we pray for you this week?
Relationships are essential to what it means to be church. Relationship and connections are especially important in this time of social distancing – when we can’t be together, it’s even more important to find ways to connect to and support each other.
with Pastor Brian
Tuesday Thoughts is a weekly video series from Pastor Brian. It’s an opportunity to reflect on faith, life, and what’s going on in the world.
Each week, Pastor Brian tackles a topic and helps us think through what it means for our lives.
The videos are usually 8-12 minutes long and posted to Facebook at about 10 AM on Tuesdays.
They appear here on our website by Tuesday afternoon.
