We’ve talked about getting past our personal past. This week we’re going to think about what it looks like to get past the past of others. Forgive as you’ve been forgiven. The truth is that all of us have experienced radical forgiveness. Sometimes it is easier said than done to extend that same kind of forgiveness to others. Our job, however, is not to judge the sinfulness of others, even if their sin has hurt us. Our job is to love Jesus, which calls us into the love of our neighbor.
This Week: Pray for the people who will receive the meals that we packaged today. Give thanks for organizations that work to feed people who are hungry and pray for God to put an end to hunger!
