2018 Summer Mission Trip

This summer the students and leaders of Haymarket Church will once again return to Project SPY in Christiansburg, VA.

 

We will attend: SPY Week 4, July 14-20.

Project SPY has raised their prices this year, but, because of the good work of Haymarket Church, funds have been raised to help keep your costs the same. We are also able to offer our families with multiple participants a small price break.

Trip Cost:
$350 for per student
Scholarships are available for students in need of assistance with trip costs. Click Here to request a scholarship.

Payment plan:
$150 down payment (all student participants) Due: Sunday February 18
The remainder of the money is due no later than Sunday, April 29. Families are welcome to pay the remaining cost in multiple payments, as long as all funds are in by April 29.

All checks should be made out to St. Thomas UMC.

Students planning to attend need to notify Kim (youth@haymarketchurch.org) as soon as possible so that we can be sure to reserve enough spots at Project SPY.
